By signing up for any of backcountry ski touring packages you have to be aware of the certain risks which cannot be controlled in mountain areas such us: changing of weather and snow conditions. We will do our best for you but we still cannot foresee all the risks. Each client either skier or snowboarder will be required to sign a RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISKS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT.

The above document must be signed proior to your trip. All claims shall be governed in all respects by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Russian Federation.
